Armando Jimenez, imaginative and talented artisan of the well-known Jimenez folkart family, has created this wonderful possum, with three small possums hanging from its tail. Eleazar Morales, highly talented Oaxacan artisan, has carved this lovely, grazing tapir. This unusual Scaly Anteater, created by well-known Oaxacan artisan Eleazar Morales, is an excellent example of his fine work, with each scale individually carved. The anteater is rust colored, with dark brown and white accents on each scale. The lower part of the legs is intricately detailed with a white, rust and brown design, with tan feet. Eyes are yellow. Mauricio Ramirez creates really wonderful iguanas, and this is a good example of his talent. It is bright turquoise with a fan around the neck of blue, gold and green and has a long curved tail. Accents are red with a darker turquoise, coral, lavender and bright pink. A ridged spine is black and purple and eyes are blue and feet accented with blue.
